Beach City Capital (the “Sponsor”) is pleased to present an opportunity to invest in the development of a sf Co-working Office located at Hermosa Ave, Hermosa Beach, CA (the “Project”). This property is located just one block from the beach and one block from downtown Hermosa Beach’s famous Pier Ave. Beach City Capital will build out of 4,600 sf ocean front co working office space in Hermosa Beach California. This investment will provide a Cash on Cash return for a 5-year period unless bough out at a 2X equity multiple.
The project will benefit from Hermosa Beach’s surrounding tech industry, high income workforce, gorgeous beaches, vibrant retail, proximity to growing industries and an educated demographic. Additionally, Beach City Capital, as owner occupant, will lease out the office space in its entirety and run the co-working space with property management.
