Luke Curran is an Investment Associate at Beach City Capital. He has a decade of experience in real estate and has previously worked for companies such as WeWork, Brookfield, Roche, Impossible Foods, and Rio Tinto.

Luke has actively managed the entire development cycle through acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, and lease up on various product types, namely, multifamily, office, life sciences, and industrial.

Luke has a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelors in Construction Management from Curtin University (Australia).
