Greg Cullen

Investment Advisory

Greg Cullen is an Investment Advisor for Beach City Capital, LLC and is actively involved in all aspects of Deal Creation, Business, Bank and Partner Relations. With a focus on Executive Oversight on the Design, Development and Construction of the company’s investment projects, he is an accomplished and results- oriented development and investment professional with over twenty years experience in construction, investments and real estate development.

Through agreements, Mr. Cullen is also working with and the founder of Harvard Investment Group, and numerous other affiliated investment and development companies. Mr. Cullen’s companies were founded to acquire real property and financial instruments, develop land, rehab distressed properties and make direct investments in real estate projects. In addition, Mr. Cullen is the manager and controlling shareholder of companies that provide construction, mortgage and real estate brokerage and education/ consulting services.

Prior to founding Harvard Investment Group, Mr. Cullen served as Vice President for ING Capital Corporation, a Dutch Investment Bank, which made direct equity and debt investments. During Mr. Cullen’s tenure, he was the lead transactor in over $215 million in real estate and mortgage pool transactions. Prior to ING Capital Corporation, Mr. Cullen spent four years with Citicorp in their real estate investment bank and lending group.

Mr. Cullen graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School in 1989. His emphasis there was on real estate. He graduated with honors from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology in 1985, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Cullen is a highly sought-after speaker and considered to be an expert in the fields of real estate, finance, negotiations and value creation. Mr. Cullen is the current President of the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Organization.
