Peter Larr is a Development Associate for Beach City Capital and is actively involved in all aspects of Acquisition, Entitlement, Development, and Disposition. With a focus on construction management, Peter acts as a liaison between the ownership and builders to ensure project delivery is on schedule and within budget.
Mr. Larr moved to Washington, D.C. after graduating from the University of San Diego in 2011 with a degree in Environmental Studies and Business Administration. He joined Cassidy Turley’s Sustainability Services Department and assisted in the process of LEED certification and environmental compliance for large commercial office buildings. After working with numerous building owners, Peter became interested in the development side and left the corporate real estate world to join a local design build firm in Arlington, VA, where he learned the ins and out of residential construction. Mr. Larr then joined Congressional Capital, LLC to expand lending operations and assist with property development for Congressional Properties, LLC. While there, he was involved with the development and/or finance of over 75 condominium projects in the Washington, DC area. After moving back to his home city of Los Angeles, Peter took over the project management of a ground-up luxury single family home in Brentwood, before joining Beach City Capital in 2018.
Mr. Larr received a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, CalBRE #01940928, an IRC Certified Residential Building Inspector, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
