William Hurtt

William Hurtt, CPA provides Beach City Capital with tax consulting and compliance services. William is a recognized and respected specialist in the real estate industry. With more than 18 years’ of experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge in analyzing real estate transactions, tax structuring, creative financing techniques, and working capital management.

Before founding his own CPA practice, William spent several years at a national accounting firm where he serviced high-net-worth individuals, private foundations, and real estate owners and developers. During the course of his public accounting career, he has serviced private equity and real estate firms while working as a Senior Tax Manager for the Reznick Group as well as Burnett + Company LLP.

James earned his MBA with a concentration in Taxation in 2014 from USC’s Marshall School of Business as well as his bachelor’s degree in 2000 from the University of California, Davis.
