The Trolleyway Project is located directly on the beach in the heart Playa del Rey. The community is surrounded by towering bluffs on the East, Ballona Creek on the North and Los Angeles International Airport and El Segundo to the South. This project is in a prime location overlooking the Pacific Ocean with views from Palos Verdes to Malibu.
Ownership contracted Beach City Capital to manage the development of a new waterfront duplex on the sand in the Jungle.
Beach City Capital will provide Entitlement Management, Design Management and Development Management. Beach City Capital will work with the Coastal Commission and local municipality to receive Entitlement approval. Beach City Capital’s services will also include managing Construction Drawings progress, ensuring all Entitlement tasks are completed, issuing RFPs to qualified General Contractors, selecting a General Contractor bid, negotiating the Construction Contract, managing Construction draws and ongoing Accounting requirements and updating the owner through detailed development reports and OAC meetings among other services.
The renovation is expected to be completed in approximately 24 months. The project looks to be delivered on schedule and under budget with major obstacles carefully navigated diligently through team effort.
