Kyle Julier

Development/Investment Manager

Kyle Julier is the Development/Investment Manager for Beach City Capital and is actively involved in all aspects of Acquisition, Investor Relations, Fund Control/Budgeting, Development, Investments, Marketing, and Lease-up. Managing fund control, company deliverables/investment materials, financial management, and the relationships between the company and its investors, Kyle oversees a vast amount of the daily interactions and processes. Leading the investor relations function for Beach City’s portfolio of real estate development projects, including the preparation of investment materials, presentations, budgeting, and due diligence, Kyle focuses on maximizing ROI and delivering high-quality built environments.

Prior to working at Beach City Capital, Kyle worked as an accountant at Aaron & Tallman, a boutique accounting firm who manages all the finances and accounts for various restaurants and wineries in the Los Angeles county, where he managed around a dozen accounts and assisted with financial reporting/due diligence processes, supporting senior management with operational improvements and financial data accuracy. Kyle then made the transition into the real estate development and investments world and has aspirations of becoming a successful Managing Director working in real estate investments and development.

Kyle is a graduate of San Diego State University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Marketing.
